  • Having spent the past 20 years as a general dentist, I have always loved spending time with my patients, listening to their needs, and meeting them where they are at… All while incorporating a little bit of psychology, science, and art. Yet deep down I always knew there was something more for me, a deeper purpose. When my hygienist started educating me about tongue-ties, I initially shrugged it off. Then she introduced me to a Myofunctional Therapist who started asking me questions like was I breastfed? Did I wet the bed as a kid? Did I have a hard time paying attention in school? These thoughts awakened me, answering questions about my childhood I didn’t even know to ask- I’d never felt so seen. So began a years-long journey of helping myself, my husband, and my three daughters become better nasal-breathers and sleepers. I wish I could turn back time and help myself as a little girl, catch my own daughters sooner, and maybe even save my mother, who succumbed to Early Onset Alzheimer’s at 64. While I can’t change the past, I can help spread the word by educating my community I hold so dear. Airway Dentistry has become my passion and my life’s work: To help people breathe and sleep better, naturally.

  • An adventurer at heart, I’ve lived in Italy, Indonesia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia, giving birth to each of my daughters in three different countries!
