Having spent the past two decades as a general dentist, I’ve always cherished the time I spend with my patients, listening to their needs, and meeting them where they are at. I’ve always incorporated a touch of psychology, science, and art into my practice. However, deep down, I always knew there was something more for me—a deeper purpose.
When my hygienist began educating me about tongue-ties, I initially dismissed it. Then, she introduced me to a Myofunctional Therapist who posed questions like, “Were you breastfed?” “Did you wet the bed as a child?” “Did you have difficulty paying attention in school?” These questions stirred something within me, prompting me to reflect on childhood experiences I had never even considered asking about. I felt a profound sense of being seen and understood.
This sparked a years-long journey of self-improvement for myself, my husband, and my three daughters. We embarked on a quest to become better nasal-breathers and sleepers. I wish I could turn back time and help myself as a young girl, catch my daughters earlier, and perhaps even save my mother, who succumbed to Early Onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 64. While I can’t alter the past, I’m determined to spread awareness by educating my community, the people I hold dear.
Airway Dentistry has become my passion and my life’s work—to help people breathe and sleep better naturally.

An adventurer at heart, I’ve lived in Italy, Indonesia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia, giving birth to each of my daughters in three different countries!
