Kim Lindquist, MMS, PA-C
Director of Behavioral Sleep Medicine | Sleep Medicine Specialist
Listening is at the heart of how Kim practices. She takes the time to understand each person's unique story, values, and goals because meaningful care begins with seeing the whole person, not just their symptoms. At Rebis Health, Kim works with patients navigating sleep apnea, insomnia, and the broader health factors that affect sleep quality, including weight management and mental health.
Kim believes that informed patients make empowered decisions. She provides thoughtful guidance through diagnostic options and treatment pathways, helping people feel confident, engaged, and supported throughout their care. Her approach is personalized and practical, with a focus on improving sleep quality and continuity, increasing daytime energy, supporting sustainable weight management, and optimizing mental health as interconnected parts of the same picture.

Kim knows that deep, restful sleep is vital for physical and emotional health. Her diverse medical journey—from emergency care in the Navajo Nation to family practice in Alaska and child psychiatry in Colorado—shaped her understanding of the mind-body connection. Since 2012, she has focused on sleep medicine, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and mindfulness techniques to help patients achieve restorative sleep. By partnering with her patients, Kim aims to improve not just their sleep, but their overall quality of life.
