Aicha Diakite, PA-C

Physician Assistant | Functional & Sleep Medicine Specialist

Aicha specializes in sleep apnea, insomnia, snoring, and circadian rhythm disorders at Rebis Health. She is especially drawn to sleep apnea and insomnia because of how far their effects reach beyond the bedroom, influencing energy, mood, cognitive function, cardiometabolic health, relationships, and overall quality of life.

Aicha takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to sleep care, listening closely to each patient's symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, medical history, and treatment goals to understand the root contributors to their sleep concerns. Her goal is to build practical, individualized care plans that help patients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the treatment process.

What drew Aicha to sleep medicine was witnessing how deeply sleep shapes every part of a patient's life. She has worked with many patients who came in feeling exhausted, frustrated, anxious, or disconnected from their usual selves, and once the underlying sleep disorder was identified and treated, they began to feel like they had their life back. For Aicha, that is what sleep medicine is really about: not just treating sleep apnea or insomnia, but helping patients reclaim their energy, focus, relationships, and long-term health.
